The ability to objectively and timely assess the feasibility of commercializing new technologies to avoid inefficient investment is an essential quality characteristic of the Ecosystem management.
We recognize the fact that for the vast majority of investors participation in a particular startup project is not an everyday event, and investors expect the BNT Ecosystem to monitor the efficient use (expenditure) of invested funds. For this purpose, the Ecosystem adapted the PRINCE project management model (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), which is used for large-scale state projects.
PRINCE can be adapted to any startup, regardless of its scale or field, and defines the principles, methods, tools for the formation and change of the life cycle of a startup project, a role model, a set of mandatory smart contracts, white papers in accordance with the tasks and needs of a particular project.
BNT Management System assesses the commercial potential of R&D projects. Its functions include dynamic control over launch parameters and dynamic risk management of intellectual property and startup projects in accordance with the Ecosystem protocol.
Founder and CEO is responsible for the trust management of R&D, provides leadership to project managers. He is a member of the expert board.
Project managers provide support to the startups entrusted to them, help them draw up business plans, constantly monitor their life cycle, the progress of projects (stages and milestones). They are responsible for the ongoing risk management.
The expert board consists of academic, industry and business experts, specialists in various branches of science. The board’s function is to assess the commercial and scientific potential of innovative R&D projects.
The advisory board is a group of experts who provide non-binding strategic advice to the Ecosystem management and startups to achieve the goals of the project and the entire system.
