The purpose of our service is to assist you by providing information to the decision-maker (DM). The software uses mathematical models to calculate the ranking of various factors (groups of factors) for evaluating conventional and innovative high technologies, distributing factors according to the system of importance, defuzzification (getting rid of fuzzy results when performing mathematical calculations) of assessment criteria indicators.
The decision-maker can obtain important additional information using ICPAS at an early stage of technology commercialization.

We plan to use various forms of software to implement the service:
- software integrated into the project’s IT platform,
- desktop software,
- mobile application for Android and iOS.
We offer both a free and paid service. All startup initiators and investors in the BNT Ecosystem can access the ICPAS for free. A user can perform a simplified multi-criteria innovation analysis that does not take into account the influence of risk criteria and the Ecosystem's actions to create a sustainable startup business model and commercialize a technology.
The full version of the service is available to those who have paid for it, investors and startup initiators registered in the BNT Ecosystem. It takes into account the actions of the Ecosystem and the investor, the conditions and amount of investment in an innovative startup. This version of the service shows a dynamic map of risk criteria (depending on the startup implementation stage) for each technology assessed and the impact of critical risk criteria on the assessment indicator. Additionally, it includes general recommendations for localizing risks.
Project initiators can access the full version of the service for free after signing a smart contract with the BNT Ecosystem.
